Due to ongoing customs related difficulties in posting passports from the UK to EU, we can now accept ONLINE ownership registration for UK RESIDENTS.
**When using this online option, DO NOT post the passport to us, so please ignore any reference on the declaration form or confirmation email, requesting you to do so.**
To complete this process:
- Make payment via this page
- When you receive the payment confirmation email, reply to that email outlining how you acquired the animal and attach copies of the passport pages we need to verify:
- Ownership Record
- Registration Details
- Medicinal Treatment (food chain status)
- Complete this form: online declaration form

When processed, a label will be posted to you by standard post (included in the fee) which you apply to the ownership details page of the passport, there after you must have the passport over stamped by a UK agency in order to upload details to the UK CED.
**This online service is NOT available to residents of The Republic of Ireland**
NB: If the passport also requires an equine name change or passport amendment, the passport must be returned to us and you would complete the offline ownership registration option instead.
